On the product page, clicking on the international link will show the countries the shopping cart is set to accept. If your country is not listed, please send me a message via Ask Seller a Question from any product page or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org (In English, please.) There are other countries We may ship to that are not currently listed. Note : There is no shipping conducted in Eritrea, Guyana, Jamaica, Panama, Slovakia, Syria, Arab Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Afghanistan.
The feedback system only reflects orders that were paid instantly with Credit Cards or PayPal. If you purchase using one of these two methods, you’ll receive an email with a link to leave feedback. Once you have received your order and there are no problems, you can use the link to leave a feedback. Which is greatly appreciated.

Once you submit your order, we will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order. We will e-mail you a second time notifying you that your order has been shipped from our shipping center.
We ship Monday through Friday and usually within 3 business day of receiving cleared payment(Up to 10 Days for a few products). Exceptions are holidays. We will send you a shipping confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org when your order ships. Your email will include a delivery confirmation number so that you can keep track of the package.
Order cancellations will only be honored if they occur immediately after the order was placed. If you wait an extended period of time (more than 4 hour), it is very possible that your order has already been filled. See 'terms' at the bottom of this page, and scroll down to 'Returns/Cancellations' for more details. Due to changes imposed by the payment services, any order canceled will not yield a full refund. This is due to non-refundable fees that the seller has no control over.
We accept returns for any reason but to return an item it must meet the following criteria: - The item must be returned in its original condition (brand new, unworn, with tags still attached and/or in original retail packaging) - Health and beauty items such as makeup, skin care products, shampoos, etc. cannot be returned if opened and/or used - You must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to due so may result in a refusal of the return or a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Please contact us via email at email@example.com to request an RMA number. - Items should be returned within 21 calendar days of requesting your RMA number. Failure to due so may result in a refusal of the return or a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Notification of mailing along with a tracking number is greatly appreciated.
If an item arrive damaged, please keep all the packaging and such. Take pictures of the package, if possible before opening, and opened to show the damages. We will work together to get damage claim from the carrier and refunding.
Yes, we do! The discount depends on how many items you purchase. Please note that when buying and paying for more than one item at a time, the computer will automatically calculate the discount for shipping the additional purchases. To get the discount, you need to pay for all items at the same time on the same invoice. Buying multiples at one time save your the cost of credit card fees, etc.
When an item says "ON HOLD", this means it is currently sold out. Unfortunately for many of our items we only have a small quantity, sometimes even just a quantity of one, and are not able to be restocked. However, some brands and items we can restock. If you're interested in an item that is sold out feel to contact us. You never know! We may be able to get more. If you have purchased an item from us and the item now says "ON HOLD" this means that you purchased the last one. No worries, you will still receive your item! In the rare instance that our inventory was incorrect and the item was actually sold out at time of purchase we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
Yes! Please be assured that we only sell authentic and genuine branded items. All of our inventory is purchased from major department stores or directly from the manufacturer.
